02 The details
- How to claimMessage us on WhatsApp or email info@wenergy.co.za with your invoice number and photos or a description of the fault. Our aftersales team will guide you from there.
- Keep your documentsKeep your invoice, Certificate of Compliance and handover documents. They may be needed for a warranty claim or an insurance claim.
- Not coveredDamage from lightning or surges where no protection is fitted, unauthorised modifications or repairs, misuse, flooding, fire, or faults caused by work done on the system by someone other than Wenergy or its appointed installers.
- Your rightsThis warranty is in addition to your rights under South African consumer law, which it does not limit.
