Shipping and Delivery Policy

How delivery works

We do not charge a delivery fee at checkout. After you place your order, our team contacts you privately to arrange either courier delivery or self collection, based on the product, your location and your preference. Any courier cost, if applicable, is quoted and agreed with you before dispatch.

Service area

We arrange delivery within South Africa. Availability for remote areas, unusually large equipment or special orders may require confirmation.

Processing

Orders are processed after payment verification and stock confirmation. In-stock orders are generally prepared for dispatch or collection within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Special-order or supplier-stock items may take longer and the customer will be informed.

Delivery estimates

Once a courier is arranged, standard delivery is generally estimated at 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote locations and events outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking and receipt

Tracking or delivery information is provided when available. Customers must supply a complete delivery address and reachable telephone number. A person authorised to receive and inspect the goods should be present.

Damage, shortages and incorrect delivery

Inspect packages on delivery where possible. Report visible damage, missing items or an incorrect product promptly to info@wenergy.co.za with the order number and photos. Keep all packaging until the matter is resolved.

Failed delivery

Additional charges may apply where delivery fails because the address was incorrect, access was unavailable or nobody could receive the order.

Self collection

Self collection is by prior appointment only after written confirmation that the order is ready. The collection point is 42 Discovery Dr, Crown, Johannesburg, Gauteng, 2161, South Africa unless another authorised location is confirmed in writing.
