Terms and Conditions

1. Legal identity

These terms apply to the website, quotations, orders, products and services offered by Xldrewit Studios under the trading name Wenergy. References to “Wenergy”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Xldrewit Studios (Registration No. 2022/579247/07) trading as Wenergy.

2. Products and quotations

Product images and descriptions are supplied for identification and guidance. Specifications, availability and prices may change. A quotation is subject to its stated validity period and stock availability. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected before fulfilment, and the customer will be contacted where an order is affected.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed or when we issue written acceptance. Cleared payment is required before dispatch or collection unless written credit or project terms have been agreed. Online card payments are processed through the payment gateway shown at checkout. We do not store complete card details.

4. Delivery and collection

Delivery charges and available methods are shown at checkout or on the quotation. Delivery dates are estimates until confirmed. Customers must provide a complete address and a person able to receive the goods. Self collection is available only after confirmation that the order is ready and an appointment has been arranged.

5. Installation services

Installation work is governed by the accepted quotation or service agreement. The customer must disclose relevant site, electrical and access information. Additional work or materials not included in the accepted scope require approval and may be charged separately. Installation may be carried out by Wenergy or by qualified installers appointed by us; Wenergy remains responsible to you for the installation. A Certificate of Compliance is issued by an electrician registered with the Department of Employment and Labour after the installation has been inspected and tested.

6. Returns, refunds and warranties

Returns and refunds are handled under our published Returns Policy and applicable South African consumer law. Equipment warranties are normally provided by the manufacturer or authorised distributor and vary by product. Wenergy systems carry a 10-year warranty on major components, as set out on our Warranty page and in your handover documents. Any separate workmanship warranty will be stated in the quotation or installation agreement.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, customer misuse, unauthorised alterations, non-compliant third-party installation or failure to follow product instructions.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute directly and in good faith before using another lawful dispute-resolution process.
