Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Regions
ONE EMPORIUM (Pty) Ltd only ships products within South Africa. We are currently unable to process orders or ship to international destinations.
Order Processing Times
All orders for in-stock solar components and kits are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM SAST will begin processing the following business day.
Delivery Time Estimates
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
- Standard Delivery: 3 – 7 business days (depending on the destination province).
- Large Kits (Heavy Freight): Due to the specialized handling and transportation required for large solar kits (panels, batteries, large inverters), delivery may take up to 10 business days.
We use reputable South African courier services to ensure reliable delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, volume, and destination address of your order. You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions on specific items or orders above a certain value, which will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.
Order Tracking and Status
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your courier tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
Delivery Issues
Please inspect all packages upon arrival. If the packaging is damaged, report it immediately to the courier and contact ONE EMPORIUM customer support within 24 hours. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
