Call-outs are free in and around Johannesburg for the duration of your warranty — unless an inspection finds the fault was user-caused (e.g. unauthorised modifications, water damage from poor installation by a third party, or misuse).
Like any warranty, ours doesn’t cover damage from lightning strikes without surge protection installed, unauthorised system modifications, or faults caused by a non-WEnergy technician working on your system.
